LONGBRANCH RESIDENCE 

This project consisted of a major addition to a small A-frame house. The program included a new kitchen, dining room, laundry, stairs, upper level bedrooms and bath and an office. A large deck and balcony were also added. Energy efficiency and sustainable materials were important design considerations for the project.
